My Mission

As a teen-crafted and teen-targeted blog, my mission is to share the love for food by exploring and celebrating a wide array of cuisines. Teens spend money on food like none other; our appetite and insatiable hunger gives business to many restaurants and take out places locally. I aim to inspire and dig out the deets from our local Westchester & Fairfield County favorites, but also put the up and coming restaurants on that map. Eat Taitertots is a way for me to connect and share with my community the non-corporate-food giants on the United States, but rather some local favorites served to you on a piping hot platter.
